South American restaurant

I loved loved it. The ambience is on point. The music maybe too loud (for me). The servers were really courteous and friendly. The foodS are yummy. I totally recommend. A La Carte. All you can eat. Pricey but worth it. There’s automatic 18% gratuity (regardless of number of diners) which is totally worth their service.

It's a cool concept, and nice for a casual meal. There are a few cuts of meat that shine above the others, (lamb chops and the flank) and it's nice that you can request your preferred cook temperature, however, overall it's just okay. I will say it's definitely more of an exciting venture the first time you go, especially if you've never experienced anything similar. It's basically a more refined buffet". The cocktail menu is pretty decent and the service is usually pretty good.Takeaway- if you're looking to try a few different cuts of meat in one sitting

Went to the restaurant for my first wedding anniversary for my husband. Admittedly, it's on Dec. 31st, so it was extremely busy. The food was delicious and there were absolutely no complaints there. Our waitress, while very polite, was a bit on the inattentive side. It took well over 15-20 minutes to receive my drink order. We were seated in the center, and often found ourselves watching the servers with meat go completely around us and we're unable to get their attention. So, we found ourselves sitting and waiting frequently for more food. Again, however, we recognized it was busy and did not complain and was not rude with anyone due to the slow service.Regardless, the food was delicious and the meat was perfectly prepared when we received it. We will definitely go again, but likely will choose a different time and day.

Expensive but worth it. Great authentic Venezuelan cuisine. I highly recommend the tasting platter on a first visit, get a taste of all you can. Try their special drinks too, very sweet and extremely tasty.

Authentic Brazilian BBQ place with generous portions.Recently had a delivery order of their combo specials. They were similar to those offered at Oliviera’s, but the portions were much bigger. I got to try six of their meat options, and the briskets and the beef sirloin were the best. They were slightly overcooked, yet still tender. The other unpopular meat options such as the beef stew, pork sausage, and the lamb sirloin were a bit dry, so I would recommend going for their popular options such as the beef sirloin.

Just picked up some frozen beef Empanadas yesterday. They were easy to fry and made for a great supper.Looking forward to grabbing take out soon.

With the hefty price tag of $75 per person, the food was underwhelming at Copacabana.I appreciate the concept at this restaurant with all-you-can-eat served to your table as opposed to buffet style. However, I did not like the constant interruptions from the servers while dining, and I'll reserve my comments about the food. I will say that the only memorable item that I purchased was the Garden pineapple drink and cassava fries.

The experience at Hermanos itself was good, and the service was top notch thanks to Natalia (?), but a couple of minor irritants that are easily within the control of the restaurant resulted in the three-star rating.The menu available on the Hermanos website itself is out of date, so the prices on many items have changed (understandable), and some of the sizes have changed as well (for example, the Gaucho sized ribeye that was previously 16 oz according to the menu on their website, is now 14 oz on the actual menu in the restaurant). The restaurant should be posting accurate menu information since they are the ones that are partially responsible for controlling what is on their own website.Secondly, the menu clearly indicated a 20% gratuity on parties of eight or more, which is fine because we were informed in advance via the menu. When I got my bill, a 22% gratuity was applied. Not cool. There should be full transparency to all patrons, and I equate this to a bait and switch.The food was well prepared and flavorful, albeit on the pricier side.The experience itself was good, but I will not be returning anytime soon.

Went for unlimited brunch with 2 other ladies. The food was fantastic and i loved that the bottomless mimosas weren’t just orange juice. You get bottles of champagne and ask for whatever juice mixes you want in the side and then make ur own mimosa. That way it’s as strong or weak as you want and get to try out different mixes. Lots of great food on the menu we left full
